Mentorship Facilitators Program
Identification and engagement of mentors as the core strategy in realizing the mentorship objectives. The concept of mentorship facilitators is developed based on Noble Thrust's Integrative Facilitative Leadership (IFL) approach. Mentorship facilitators are involved in facilitation within specific dimensions of the lives of mentees. They play the connector role that enables access to knowledge, capacity and opportunities while seeking to maintain the big picture that ensures integration with other life dimensions of the mentees. They may not be the ones directly mentoring the individuals, but they enable access to mentors and mentorship opportunities and resources.
