Hifadhi-Stawisha
Hifadhi-Stawisha are two Swahili words meaning to preserve and advance. The program was conceived during the 2020-21 COVID-19 pandemic focusing on positively engaging college students through mental health and "sustaining career development" conversations. Its goal remains to be the cultivation and development of young college students in order to realise and maintain focus and achieve a clear sense of purposeful pursuit in life and career development. Noble Thrust Foundation's initiative targeting 12-16 year olds aiming to have them be Knowledge Enriched and Engaged Purposefully (K.E.E.P). Biblical based strategic reading as well as talent development programs are run during school holidays as well as in partnership with schools during the term. Purposeful engagement is through structured support to develop various forms of expression according to the specific areas of gifting and talents.

Noble Thrust Facilitators
Facilitation and facilitative approaches are core to Noble Thrust's ways of working. Each initiative is led by a team of facilitators who are taken through a comprehensive facilitator development program based on the Integrative Facilitative Leadership model. Facilitators lead both as direct mentors as well as mentorship facilitators for various dimensions of the lives of mentees. They play the connector role that enables access to knowledge, capacity, opportunities and other resources needed for the holistic development of mentees.
