Hifadhi-Stawisha

Hifadhi-Stawisha are two Swahili words meaning to preserve and advance. The program was conceived during the 2020-21 COVID-19 pandemic focusing on positively engaging college students through mental health and "sustaining career development" conversations. Its goal remains to be the cultivation and development of young college students in order to realise and maintain focus and achieve a clear sense of purposeful pursuit in life and career development. It continues to relevantly prepare students on professional/field specific requirements for effective transition into the world of work.
