Noble Thrust Facilitators

Facilitation and facilitative approaches are core to Noble Thrust's ways of working. Each initiative is led by a team of facilitators who are taken through a comprehensive facilitator development program based on the Integrative Facilitative Leadership model. Facilitators lead both as direct mentors as well as mentorship facilitators for various dimensions of the lives of mentees. They play the connector role that enables access to knowledge, capacity, opportunities and other resources needed for the holistic development of mentees.
